BSNL CUSTOMER SERVICE GOING BAD

MY NAME IS REJI.KM, I am from Kaloor Ernakulam City Kerala our home Landline no is 04842349965 (CONSUMER NO 4916120) now its not working past 5 days. I have reported the complaint to BSNL office on April 14th still they do not solve my complaint. We have telephone complaint every month the same problem. All my relatives ask me y nobody pick the phone when they dial they hear ring they thought nobody there in home or not responding. The main fun is they do not didact the rent for my phone connection not in service period.
