BSNL Land Line
Not proper woking since 6 months

I have a land line connection of BSNL. Since 6 monts it is oftenly dead or in very poor service we canot even hear the opposit voice. they collecting the bills but not trying to solve problem. I call there sevral time but no result. every one who attend the call gives a another number to call this type you can call 10-15 numbers but response is 0%. so i did not pay the bills because why i should i pay for which I not consumpt. What I have to do for this.
