BSNL Land Line
Not working since last one month

Dear Sir,

My land line (no.0485 2256346) not working properly since last one month. I have not get any proper response from my nearest exchange (Pandappily) after repeated complaints too. one or two times some guys visited the sight, but no action has been taken still. I have paid the rent in advance but the phone remains as not usefull. Kindly solve the issue or disconnect the connection if BSNL not able to solve such small issues and get my rental money back.
