EXCESS BILL

Respected Sir,

I am a war-widow, my husband died in "OPERATION MEGHDOOT"

and further treated as MARTYR. I have a bsnl land line no. i.e.01274- 251627 and from past 7-8yrs I have paid Rs. 60 as monthly rental but

from past few months I have charged with Rs. 120 p.m. Regarding

this I asked everybody in Bsnl but same amount is charged every

month.
