The line in dead for 20 days and officials are just making lame excuses

Sir,

my landline number 0512 - 2613036 is dead since 9 aug and the broadband is also not working from the start of this month, august..

despite repeated complaint to official of telephone exchange (saket nagar), they just transfer call to others and when force, make a lame excuse that underground repair is going on. the phone is not working from past 20 days. and no body is giving us any solution.

plz look into this matter as its been too long, we r unable to make any call to anyone.. the broadband is also not working since a month, . the service is pathetic here..
