Phone is dead about 20 days

Sir my phone number is 07392 - 245108 is dead about 20 days i complained the bsnl office about 13-09 and there is no action for my complaint. I have broadband connection olso. I dont use internet.

I have complaint many time even daily to SDO phones Mr Anare

& also Complaint To TDE Mr. Mehar but both are shameless and not solving my problems. then what can i do in this situation no one is here my any complaint.

I have given written application olso written application to TDE. Mr Mehar.

but they dont take any action of my written application.

my phone is dead about 20 days please tell me what can I do sir.

please send my request to main office of landline or given me the any contact no. of complaint in head office.
