DEAD LANDLINE

My landline No:04931 262585 is not working for the last 2 days, i already complained in the telephone exchange (pookottum padam, Malappuram (dt)), and also to 198 many times, but not yet take any action from their part. I am working in Eranamkulam, and i can't able to contact my family for the past two days.

Kindly takes action against my complaint Plz...
