BSNL Landline
Phone not working

This is my landline No: 04702656933 under (KADAKKAVUR exchange) Trivandrum Dist. My BSNL land phone is not working for more than TWO months. But paying my bills regularly. Several times complained to kadakkavur Exchange which is hardly 50 yards from my doorstep -) My mother is a cancer patient that in 3rd stage, & I am very much worried about her with out having telephonic contacts. Please help me.
