My land phone no 04742463561 is in complaint more than one week. I already inform the exchange

as the same time. But no action taken against my complaint.so i complaint through 198 on

10/04.my complaint no id:16069753752.but still no action taken against my complaint.so

please take initiativ to solve my problm at the earliest.
