No Response after complaint

I am Murugan from Chennai.

i am a bsnl customer, my land line no. is (044-23624008). My

phone is dead last 4 days and i have registered my complaint (on 29-May-12) in 044-23621191, but no action has been taken yet.

And also i have send email to the Kodambakkam branch:
