Poor service

My landline no. 0571-2706442 has not been working from past one week. It always been a horrible task to get it repaired. No complain is attended by phone, I ve a doubt whether Customercare exist or not. The staff is always unresponsive and calls are either disconnected or put on hold.

I always ve to take a Rickshaw and spend time & money to just make them write a complain.

sir, I m a seniorcitizen and want to keep d land line.

Please, improve your services do not irritate the consumer so much. Though I ve made the complain (no.920) on monday there is no response till now.
