Landline outoff order sice 11/2 month

Our Land Line (02525) 222298 is not working since 45 days, my parents age 70yrs were in touch with Palghar Telephone Office as well local Kelve office for more than 3 times.

Still phone is not working, for aged person it is difficult to reach Palghar Office frequently.

Please let us me know what more I need to do to get my landline repaired.
