Irresponsibility of officers at Vypin Exchange againsit my complaint

I am a BSNL land line user for last 10 Years.i am a subscriber of bsnl, Vypin Exchange under Kerala circle.

my phone is out of order due to breakage of underground cables. I registered my complaint to the Respective Exchange. The service man can and told that he cant do any thing But to wait for technician to come and dig for the underground cables.

I kept on complaining but now its been a month that the problem still remain same unresolved.

when ever i complaint to the exchange i got a harsh and insulting answer. as an business man it effect my business also..

if the problem is not solved within 24 hr ill be forced to return the connection and file a complaint in consumer court for the losses i bear.
