Land line dead several times

Sir,

My telephone No 06728-236122 has been dead since last 20 days. Inspite of repeated request made by the undersigned, no fruitful action come out.

I have personally requested to exchange staff as well as staff at Jajpur telecom office to rectify the fault as the telephone line provided with Broad Band facility.

Still the line is dead. Request necessary action may please be initiated.
