BSNL Landline Complaint
No one respondse to the complaint even after 3 months

My name is lijo. My number is 0481-2445001 . I have logged a complaint 3 months on my landline. There is no respondse from concerned dept for solving this issue. I am still now giving complaint through 198 service. if anyone help me pls comment it.
