{Phone line is not working properly and voice distortion}

We have a business farm at Nayapali, Bhubaneswar. We are using BSNL Land Line as our main contact number for our business and paying near about 4000-5000 Inr every month. But the line is not working properly since from last 4 month & most of the time lot of voice distortion is going on.

We gave complaints so many times to BSNL. But till we don't get any improvement in the line. Now it's too much.

Finally if the problem will not solve we will go to consumer court for further step.
