Connection Fault

Sir,

I am a BSNL customer for a long time (Tel # 0474-2475173). Unfortunately the telephone is not working good for past six months. I have raised the issue to our immediate telephone exchange chadayamangalam and they didn't even cared to check/replace the faulty device. I have even raised a complaint to customer care (1500) Trivandrum but no response from there too. Its very disappointing that the BSNL customer care service is worst i have come across. It would be grateful if the complaint can be addressed.
