Outgoing facility barred

Telephone bill dated 50 Aprfor the period from 01 to 31 Mar received by me on 26 Apr and the payment of Rs 511/- made on next day 27 Apr vide Branch PO vellora receipt No 0343.

My telephone No is 04985-251720 (04985-251720). Even after paying the bill before time, the computer message was getting stating that the bill has not been paid and from 02 May the outgoing facility has been barred on the said telephone. This shows the lack of coordination within the department and the result - the customer is facing difficulties.

May I request the concerned authority to do the needful for getting the outgoing call facility restored in the telephoneNo 251720 without any delay.
