Phone dead since 15/6

Sir,

My landline phone connection with broadband bearing no.0712-2246872 under VRCE telephone exchange nagpur is dead since 15/6.I registered the complaint on phone and my complaint no. is 1002888853 dated 16/6 besides, I personaly went to VRCE exchange telephone office nagpur for three consecutive days i.e 21-22 and 23 june myself and talked to shri Nimje and shri Hatwar incharge of fault repairs. They assured me that the phone will be started the very next day.but till todate i.e 25/6 the connection is dead and not repaired. I feel that they are not paying any attention towards my complaint and I am being unnecessarily harassed. Will you kindly instruct them to repair my phone with broad band connection at once and oblige me.
