BSNL / land line new connection
15 days over and still connection not installed

Applied for a BSNL land line connection with duly authoirzed documents, photo & cash of Rs 500 wide receipt number 2556, dated 13/08. I was promosed a connection in 3-4 days time.

I have been following it up with the the sales associate on 943100816, SDO on 9431200942, line man on 6122000131 but all of them have diffrent stories and their is no clue with them. I was also verbally told that a number 6122200219 was alloted for me but all in vain because even after 15 days the installtion is not done.

ver frustrated and hurt with the ignorant behaviour of BSNL staff.
