BSNL Landline in Nadapuram not working

Dear Sir,

My landline No 496 2 551 444 is not fuctioning since 4 months. I am working in Qatar and my parents has given complaint to Nadapuram telephone exchange several time and no action has been taken till date. Kindly request you look in to this matter and rectify the fault as soon as possible.
