Not working

Dear Sir,

I would like to bring in your notice that I have been chasing with BSNL local office at Indirapuram Ghaziabad & there is no haering about my compliant. My landline No. is 01202654288 & Consumer No. is - UPWGZB 2008994294. I have seen BSNL connection at my home since i grew. I thought to have goovt. provided BSNL at Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. Everyone told me that dont take BSNL, There are extremely poor services provided by the BSNL> Inspite of that, I took BSNL in 2009 & m facing the same issue since then. My phone does not work more tan 2-3 days /month. & i pay charges fro full month.

Request you to look in to the matter & do needful for those loyal consumers who are associated with BSNL.
