BSNL Landline Service
Most of the time Landline is dead

I am very frustrated with BSNL Landline service. I am living in Wardha, Maharashtra, INDIA.

Our landline phone is dead most of the time. We get surprised if it work. Though we pay regularly to BSNL department They dont have time to fix this issue. We did numerous complaint using 198 service.

Those people just connect cable and go. We always told them to switch connecting Pole. Right now it is connected to Pole which is not suitable and Used to break wire by vehicals. We have Anather telephone pole just in front of our house. We even personaly visited BSNL office, But nobody taken any action.

I even emailed their District Engineer. But I think he hardly check his email.

We dont want to change phone number as it is circulated everywhere. Otherwise I could have change the landline service with services available in Market.

Action expected from BSNL: Send someone who is efficient to work to change the connecting pole.
