Call for payments coming even after paying and disconnecting the phone

I had disconnected my wife'sDelhi phone number 64697299 and gave back the instrument even after that every month 3-4 calls from their billing depts. coming for payments as i had requested well before the time and they could not disconnect the phone in time and for that period i not used the phone except toll free number of their customer care requesting many times to disconnect it and they assured me that you will not be charged as your request is registered before the bill circulation date.please correct your system error and send me the recipt of last and final payment.
