Bsnl landline with broadband
Very slow work

BSNL made a big fanfare in giving new connection with broadband, but sad to say even after 2 weeks my broadband is not ready, I paid the signing amount on 10/2 and after repeated call to customer care someone came and placed a phone after 8 days, then again after complaints they gave a landline number then again after calling one more worker just came and put one modenm for broadband on 23/2 and said another staff will come to give the broadband. Why does BSNL work in bits and pieces.
