BSNL / Land line with Broad Band connection
Land line phone (0744-2505195) not transfered to new location

Dear Sir,

I have a BSNL Land line phone with Broad Band connection on my name for last 10 years at my residence (563 - Shastri Nagar, Dadabari, Kota). Now I have moved to new location (B4-102, Mahalakshmi Enclave, Baran Road, Kota) in the same city and an application was given in Dadabari, kota circle whre phone was operational to transfer the phone with existing facility on dt 9/8/10.This phone is not transfered till date inspite of several times verbal / telephonic follow up / request to concerned JTO.Now I do not have required communication means at my Home and suffering a lot. Pl.resolve this issue as soon as possible.
