BSNL Landline with Broadband connection
Delay of new bsnl connection

Sir,

I applied for a bsnl Land line with broadband connection on October in Irinjalakuda Telephone office. Till now i didn't get connection and there is no reply from their office. After one month i visit Vellangallur area office, they reply that they have no cable to give connection.

In front of my house there is a public Taring and road land line cable also available. Land line cable and my house is left side of the road, so no need to cross the road for getting connection. From my house to the road, there is only 15meters distance and i need only 15 meters cable for getting connection. From the same place they provide other land line connections to other homes.

So, what i wants to do for getting connection and how long i want to wait. waiting for your information.
