BSNL Land Phone
NOT WORKING FOR MORE THAN TWO MONTHS

A complaint was registered at BSNL Mattancherry on 14.8.2010 to repair my faulty land phone connection. The complaint was once attended by BSNL and informed that it is cable fault. After that there is no response. A written complaint was submitted to JTO (North) and personally requested him to attend it. His reply was 'cable fault complaint cannot be attended because of lack of manpower'. Now, what should I do?
