Terrible company!

I had purchased the simcard of Airtel 222 scheme in the month of January. I was informed at that moment that I will be getting full talktime 111 at the time of buying and balance 111 on the next recharge. After that I have done 2 recharges but have got my balance 111 Rs. talktime. I have made several complaints at the customer care no and spoke to various people like Chandrakant, Manisha, Nagesh to name a few. Everyone had the same answer Sorry for the inconvenience and will be done within 24hrs but yet the complaint is pending. I visited the airtel gallery twice but there the systems were not working. I swear I am really fed up.
