I am not satisfied with service provided by bsnl mobile company

One mobile number activated for exel power scheme on my bsnl prepaid mobile no. 9458625550. it has been charged 1.00 rupees per call from date 7th november till now instead of 20 paise per call.

i complaint about this problem to the customer care on date 9th nov. 2009 at 2.00 am (complaint no. k02562882).i continously reminded to the custmer care about this problem more than 10 times but no action has been taken.
