Wrong commitment by BSNL going menttaly upset

Dear sir,

i am from punjab, living in distt saheed bhagat singh nagar, i am facing a problem about system & policy of bsnl, i contacted many senior officer, several time i sent mails to related person, but no body take care about my problem, so i decied to contact you, i will discribe my problem in detail, hope you can solve it,

sir, before 9 month i went to bsnl office in our city named BANGA, i want to purchase high speed wireless connection, in bsnl office, i contact with a bsnl employee who s deal in wireless services, he told me after 3 month bsnl will start evdo servise in our city, and give 3.1 mbps speed, i bought that usb device and pay rs 4200, after 3 month servise is not start, i contacted in bsnl office, they again ask it take more time about 3 month more,

now after 10 month that service not start, i went to bsnl office, and now they told me BSNL SKIP THIS SERVISE AND NOT START IN FUTURE, bsnl lanuch WIMAX servise now, if you want high speed, ou can buy wimax modem, i told him, it s not my fault if bsnl skip this servise, i purchased the connection on our commitment,

i told him pls exchange my device to wimax, but they refused my request, and ask there is not any policy to change any product,

i want to know, what is my fault if bsnl skip this servise, why i buy new connection, what about my rs 4200,

WHY THAT MAN ISUEE ME EVDO SERVICES MODEM,

I WAS CONNTACTED SENIOR OFFICER OF BSNL, THEY DON T ANYTHING

WHY CUSTOMER TAKE LOSE, IF HE HAS NOT ANY FAULT,

IT S MY REQUEST TO YOU, PLS SOLVE MY PROBLEM, AND PLS ALTER THE POLICY OF BSNL,
