Unavailability of Landline Connection

Sir,

i am a resident of Jeevan Jyoti Nagar, Kishangarh, Distt. Ajmer. I have applied for a Landline connection on 02/12 at a Cannopy/ Stall of Bsnl. I was confirmed that the connection will be available to me, so i deposited the connection amount of Rs.500. But afterwards they didn t provide me the connection saying that there is no empty connection in my Colony, After assisting a lineman i came to know that there 4 dp poles near to my house, but still bsnl cannot provide me the connection, that is not good at all. So, If you are saying to connect every village & city with Telephone s, you are not even able to provide me the connection in the city centre colony.

So, I request you to kindly see this matter.
