Dear Sir/Madam my Residence Phone No. is 01651-233748 with named Punjab Rattan Goyal located at Opp. Old Sarswati Girl College, Near Kuku M.C., Ajit Nagar, Rampura Phul, Distt. Bathinda (Punjab).

My phone line always remain dead. Your department says D.P. Box near my house is at low height that s why children pull wires. The reason is D.P. Box is uncovered. From 3 months i am facing same problem. Even my contacts are saying that i have not paid bill that s why my phone is cut. I am paying my bill on time. To locate D.P. Box i s not my duty when i am paying you for your service then why your department ignoring my complaints. If you can not provide me proper service then please tell me then i will find another solution from another company.

But this is shameless for your company that s why people are recommending other private companies because of your bad service.
