Egular fault in land line no 0731 2592307

I am facing problem since 8 months. my land line not frequently get dead or out of order.i finally met g.m BSNLl at Indore (MR.KHARE) in july but problem persists till date.no permanent solution was given by BSNL, EVERY TIME I HAVE TO CALL SHRIVASTAVA JI, (AREA) but this time this praposition is also fAILED, AND MY TELEPHONE IS COMPLETELY DEAD SINCE THREE DAYS
