Bsnl ll
Land line not working since August

In continuation to my complaint dt 07.04. I am to reiterate that my ll is not working. Please solve my problem immediately, because I am an Advocate and the land line is bare necessity for me in my profession and day to day life. Due to the carelessness of Bsnl Authorities I am suffering a lot.
