Theft of Money

I am user of Mob No 09422294487. It is noticed that Rs 10/-on account of HUMSHAKAL service has been deducted from my mob on weekly bassis from last three months without activation of this service. I have two times requested for DND service but still no action has been taken till date. May I request you to kindly instruct Custmer Care or HUMSHAKAL SERVICE to refund my deducted money and stop further such type of theft to other custmer also.
