CRBT regarding

Hello Sir/Mam,

I have two bsnl numbers 9478812320 and 9478316801.Company has activated CRBT (caller ring back tone) at their own. I did not send any request for it. Both the numbers are used by my family members. They do not any procedure to send request for these kind of services. It simply means company has activated without any request.please try to solve my problem.
