Not blocking the unwanted msg. after registeration in DND

Sir,

I have msg. to register my Mob. No in Do Not Disturb category on 20/7 at 18.15hrs. with sending message to 1909 with text START0 but till date the msg's of company's are comming and disturbing me as well as my important save msg, s are deleted due to capacity of mobile Inbox. Several times approaching to customer care they replied that the system will be started after 90 days as that time is also over then also the msg's as well as calls are coming regularly of share marketing, holiday packages, bollywood songs, etc.
