Scheme Activation

Hello, My name is Bhadrasinh Gohil. I have taken Bsnl Prepaid Sim card on 04 May. On the 06 May i have requested BSNL customer Care to activate one service/ scheme i.e. selected two numbers on which i can do call for 20 Paisa per minute. The customer care executive told me that this service will be activated on within 7 Days.

On 13 May while i chek with BSNL, the same has not been activated. They told i will take another two days for activation.

On 19 May i again rechek with BSNL, and on that day also i have received same reply, it will take another 1 or two days.

Today on 20 May while i cross check with bsnl they have given the same reply.

No one from BSNL is sure that when the same will be activated.

Pl help me.
