Wrong conversion of plan without notice

Sir,

I am Gopalkrishna Hegde from Bangalore and my mobile no.9480773383. Rcently the plan was converted in to Excel Power from Original Sumo Power without notice and before validity date of 23/11And even after repeated request number 2143929, 2144873, 2155129 on rcent different dates through contacting no.1503 the plan was not corrected in to original plan of Sumo powe pack.

I want to be in origional plan of Sumo Power. Please do the needful..
