Problem of internet connection

I am facing problem of internet connection when i am trying to open my web page. Sufficient speed is not available at the surfing time. The message showing me are "the web page can not be dislayed", "server problem". I am connecting internet through my mobile phone (NOKIA N70) no 9433312879.
