Echarge money not getting

Sir/Madam,

I Mr. Samaresh Jana, residing in Belghoria at Kolkata-56. actualy on 19th of the month december i recharge 20 rupees by easy recharge system. but till the date i am not getting the recharge money.even i am given the complain about this matter in there customer care service. every time they given me complain number and taken time to give the recharge money.but till the date the process is undergone.they spend my time and other work also.

at this very how can i return the money and my valuable time also.so if you are given the write judgment then i am highly obliged.
