Unsubscription of chatting 51819

I want to unsuscibe this meaningless service which is provided by no. 51819 on bsnl mobiles. the so called dating service without my consent renewed and Rs. 30 deducted from my prepaid balance. I do not want this service. they should ask before renewal. It is fraud played on customers. My mobile no. is 9416654664. Please get deactivated the so called Dating Service from my said number.
