Pending Complaint for more then 19 Days

Dear sir,

I have registered Complaint to BSNL Customer Care on 26-12 Docket No 3497806 for Wrong Deduction of Rs.6. I have called Number of Team Leader there Name are Mr. Hamat, Mr. Mahadevan, Miss. Arti, Mr. Sikandar and Mr. Sikandar assured me that they will solve my complaint within 24 hours but he fail to solve and after ward he assured me that his head will call me at 7.00pm today but once again he fail. So i request kindly find out what is problem and please take proper action against this type of team leader.
