Sir,

I am a prepaid customer of BSNL Haryana since many years. I got an sms on 01-03 that BSNL is giving 20% extra talktime on top-up of Rs. 550/- MRP and above. I got recharge my mobile number 9416448608 on 02-03 at 07:44 a.m., but i got talktime of Rs. 493/- only. I want my remaining balance.

i called customer care number 9400024365 three times, but don't get any solution. i send an email on BSNL mail id: pg_ab@bsnl.co.in but there is no reply from that mail.
