Wrongly balance deduction

My mobile balance wrongly debited. i was having around Rs.220/- but suddenly i found my balance Rs.-8/-

only.i contact so many times to bsnl customer care but couldn't get solution. they only gave me complain docket no i.e., B161099739, B281113041, and B221113040 but till today i haven't got solution.
