Network problem

Directorate of Rapeseed-Mustard Research is loacted near Sewar which is part of Bharatpur and it is 6-7 km from BSNL head office. There is no BSNL network on mobile during day and night... if network will come it will disconnect just after hello. For completion of one call it will always take 2-3 times dialling and same is on receiving the call. Staff quarters are inside the centre and same problem is in home. Majority of SIM are BSNL... can BSNL think on this issue... or we have to change our connections. Other all comapany's network no problem.
