A message came from onmobile service stating "Thank you for continuing Monthly Radio Subscription Pack. You have been charged Rs.5.I Have not registered for this service at all. When I called BSNL customer care reply was to call 12630033 and unregister service. When i called this number some advt were being heard and was asked to press 4 for seleting that option but i was unable to deactivate the service. This happened for 3 times both calling customer care and also 12630033 but unable to register. Help me in this regard.
