Unauthorised deduction

On 12.10.2010 I got a BSNLmessage from 1255025 wherein I was charged Rs 25 for monthly subscription of mobile radio services which I never activated earlier. My complaint to the customer care was futile. Till date neither my case is settled nor the unauthorised deduction is refunded to my account. It is rediculous to note such harashing activities from BSNL..My grievance should be settled immediately.
