Wrongly deduction of balance

Sir,
i am a customer of bsnl mobile.
on the early morning of 14.11.2010 balance of mobile number 9412432723 is wrongly deducted.
they deducted 25 rs balance. after deduction i call on customer care and told them about my problem. they given me a complaint no. 6397843
on next day they said your money was wrongly deducted and we refund ur money within 24 hrs but sir this money is not refunded to me till today.
please take some necessary action against them.
